This study addressed the perception and attitude of students on the adoption of a paperless classroom in the University of Ilorin. Five research hypotheses were developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Using stratified and purposive sampling methods, 100 respondents were sampled and a 21 item questionnaire was administered to collect data. Results showed that perceived ease of use and attitude are strong predictors of behavioral intention to adopt paperless classroom. Contrary to findings from other studies, perceived usefulness was discovered to have no significant influence on the respondents’ attitude towards using paperless classroom.
