Abstract
This Study was conducted to investigate gender equality in enrollment and completion of primary school girls. The report in this study constitutes a comprehensive survey of why,despite reaching global parity at primary school enrollment completion rate for girls lag way behind those of boys. The study also feature the post Millennium Development Goals Agenda, setting out recommendations for the education sector at the international ,national and local level with the aim of transforming the experiences of girls at school.
