Abstract
This study investigates teachers job performance in managing education for human security in public senior secondary schools in Kwara State. To achieve this, two hypotheses were formulated and tested. the findings of the study revealed that there was significant relationship between teachers competency, classroom management and human security. it was therefore recommended that teachers should continue to display apropriate competency by maintaining good subject mastery
