A total of 120 market women participated in the study it was revealed that from the finding that ICTs offer a wide range of information and knowledge, which are critical components of poverty alleviation strategies, ICT are viewed as near-magic solution to problems which proved useful as it provides information on prices, markets, technology and potential entrepreneurship skills.
