To achieve these objectives, a cross-sectional survey design was employed. A study population of 4115 with a sample size of 365 employees gotten through the Taro Yamane sample size determination formula made up respondents for the study. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested. The statistical technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that a statistically strong and positive relationship exists between training and product performance (R square =0.66, p<0.05) and that technology institutionalization has a positive and significant influence on product conformance (R square = 0.585, p<0.05). This indicated that managing technology change as it evolves has a positive and significant impact on product quality.
