Abstract
The objectives of the study are to determine the relationship that exists in teachers' administrative role, guidance role, teaching role in the management of pupils well-being in public primary schools in North-central zone, Nigeria. To achieve this, three hypotheses were formulated and tested. Quantitative research design was used for the study. A self-designed questionnaire titled " Teacher Roles in the Management of Pupils' Well-being Questionnaire" (TRMPWQ) was used to collect information for the study. The population of this study comprised all 12,775 headteachers in public primary schools in North-Central who are considered more appropriate in the asssessment of teachers' roles.
