Abstract
In this paper, we presented a new deterministic model of HIV/AIDS transmission dynamics with public health education program, condom usage treatment by incorporating the staged progression nature of the disease and the rate of educating uncounseled AIDS individuals. We established that the model exsist and has a unique solution using formulated theorems on existence and uniquness of a solution
