Abstract
The study examined undergraduate students' satisfaction with web portals and considers the using of web portal and problems associated with the use. A pure quantitative method using descriptive approach was adopted. A questionnaire was used for data collection.The results revealed that students were generally satisfied with the use of e-portal system
