Abstract
Libraries are vital components of academic institutions irrespective of the mode of learning. Learning in the 21st century is significantly different from learning in the preceding centuries. The chapter aims to sensitise distant learning students on available E-resources in NOUN library, accessibility to E-resources and the services rendered by librarians in a distant learning environment.
