School environment, like any other open society, is an avenue where series of conflicts often manifests as school-staff and students relate on daily basis to discharge their social and academic-business. When many of the conflicts are not adequately managed, they result in serious school based violence. Thus, this paper presents a systematic analysis of how elements of non-verbal communication among school-staff and students can be managed to prevent occurrence of academic and administrative conflicts that can hamper achieving the goals for establishing schools.en_US
