Abstract
The Chomsky’s approach of phrase construction
by the French language learners is analysis of the use of
French language by the French language learners. The
Chomsky’s approach presents a direct link of
communication which permit which free studies by the
learners. The challenge is that French language learning in
an Anglophone milieu is a major problem that the
Teachers try to manage on daily basis. The objective of the
study is to expose the facilities offered by the Chomsky’s
approach of language study to better accompany the
learners of French language is the Anglophone
environment. Qualitative method of research is used for
better analyses of the study. Documents on linguistics and

the write up Chomsky are used for the analyses. Pertinent
results are obtained and suggestions are made for useful
practice of the Chomsky’s approach in the teaching and
learning of a language.
