dc.description.abstractIn the 21st century, there is an increased efforts to protect human dignity. The effort is now a common concern based on the fact of the universality of human nature. Hence, the United Nations Organization (UNO) being an International body has power to guarantee the freedom of nations and people. The paper using historical and analytical methods discusses the nature of history and the origin of UNO. The paper concludes that even though the UNO has recorded great success, more challenges are yet to be addressed.en_US
