Based on the findings and conclusion, it was recommended among others that, National Open Universities study Centre should seek for external and internal assistance in the provision of e-learning facilities for students. Digital library services or facilities and students' matriculation numbers should be used and provided. The matriculation numbers will serve as usernames and students can supply their own password. The usernames will allow access to the network from where they are connected to the internet.en_US
