The school is a formal place that is constructively organized to impact useful knowledge, skills, norms and aptitudes which make the receiver acceptable, participatory and contributory to his/her society and nation at large. The above inference can only be translated meaningfully when the school is equipped with requisite facilities. This research work examined school facilities within and outside the classrooms bearing in mind its implications on school children. It equally established a contrastive relationship between teaching and learning resources, its adequacy on learner's performance. The researchers submit that the goal, achievement and attainment of the overall objectives suffice in line with the school infrastructures. Therefore, equipping the school is a necessity for quality learning instruction
