dc.description.abstractMalignant tumour of the stomach is not common in young adults. When it does occur, it is associated with a high morbidity and mortality. The objective of this report is to document our experience with three cases of gastric adenocarcinoma in young adult Nigerians seen over a period of 18 months in our centre.
