Abstract
The legal requirement of duty of care from Professionals is uncompromiseable. This paper seeks to examine the level of such duty required by law from professionals that could be said to have satisfied the minimum standard requirement of the law. An attempt will be made to critically appraise the acts that constitute negligence in Tort for Quantity Surveyor with in1 view to proffering available defences in such circumstances
