    Development of A Direct Conductive Coupled Multi- Input Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge DC-DC Converter

    Hybrid energy system is commonly employed in renewable energy systems to bridge the gap of non-availability of one power source with the others. In this work, a direct conductive electrical circuit connection topology for realizing multiple power source synchronization in the hybrid energy system is proposed. A three-input power sources integration scheme was realized via forward-conduction bidirectional blocking switch which serves input to the common power conversion stage of phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter to boost the synchronized common bus voltage. An average current sharing controller is designed for the multiple parallel power sources to ensure equal load sharing when all the sources operates on the same and different voltage level. In this study, a 3-kW rating hybrid energy system was implemented in Simulink environment to investigate the multiple source integrator, the current sharing capability, and the common power conversion stage performance. The system ensured equal load sharing, allowed individual and simultaneous power transfer from the multiple sources to the load under the same and different operating supply voltage level.

    أضواء على آثار الشيخ محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي التلمساني في الأدب العربي يديار نيجيريا (Search Light on the impact of Shaykh Muhammad bn Abdulkarim Al-Maghili At-Tilmisani on Arabic Literature in Nigeria)

    إن النتاج الأدبي الذي تركه الشيخ العلامة محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي التلمساني باللغة العربية للمجتمع الإسلامي النيجيري في القرن الخامس عشر الميلادي كان- ولا يزال- منارة فعالة في نيجيريا بصفة خاصة، وفي غرب إفريقيا بصفة عامة. وتراثه ذلك لا يقتصر على مجال علمي واحد فحسب بل يغطي في منهجيته مجالات عديدة من المعرفة وفنونا مختلفة من الأدب. فهذه المقالة تعكس على القارئ هذا النتاج وتحليله في نقاط.ولتحقيق الغرض المنشود قسمنا البحث الى خمسة أقسام، كان القسم الأول مقدمة، والقسم الثاني عبارة عن ترجمة حياة المغيلي، وناقش القسم الثالث آثاره في الشعر العربي بديار نيجيريا، وتناول القسم الرابع آثاره في النثر العربي فيها، وجاءت الخاتمة التى تضمن خلاصة البجث ونتائجه واقتراحاته في القسم الخامس. أكتشف البحث أن ما تناوله المغيلي في أعماله تشتمل على ما يلي: الفلسفة، الدعوة إلى إقامة الدولة الإسلامية بتقديم الدستور الشرعي(الإسلامي) ونشره في نيجيريا وعموم غرب أفريقيا، وبث الأبيات الشعرية في ارشاد الملوك وتوجيها لأمة النيجيرية.واقترح البحث للدارسين إعارة أعمال هذا العلامة التلمساني عنايتهم الفائقة ليستفيد منها هذا الجيل والأجيال القادمة. The Arabic literary outputs left by the eminent scholar, Muhammad bn Abdul-Karim Al-Magily Atilmisani, for Nigerian Islamic society in the fifteen century, remains an effective guiding light in Nigeria in particular and in West Africa in general. This heritage is not confined to the field of science alone, but transcends it to other fields of knowledge and literature. The focus of this paper is to present and analyze the works of this scholar. To achieve this objective, the study was divided into five sections; the first section is introduction, the second section presents the biography of Shaykh Maghily, the third section discusses his poetical works, while the fourth section analyzes his prose work and the last section is the conclusion. The study discouvered that the Maghily’s heritage in Nigeria encompasses Philosophy, call for establishment of Islamic empire, which culminated into writing Islamic constitution and spreading it across Nigeria and other West African countries, composing poetry for the purpose of guiding the Emirs and enlightening the Muslim community . The paper in its recommendations, called on researchers to give adequate attention to the works of this erudite scholar for the benefit of this generation and incoming generations.
