Item Effect of Motivational factors on Employees’ Productivity: A Case Study of Dangote Flour Mills Plc. Ilorin Plant, Kwara State. A.; Abdulraheem M.The study is designed to find out the effect of motivational factors on employees' productivity in Dangote Flour Mills Plc. Ilorin plant. The factors considered were salary and wages, pension scheme, working conditions, employees' training and development and employees' participation in decision making. The objectives are to examine the effect of motivational factors on employees' productivity and to determine factors that motivate the employees. The study will find out the motivational factors used in Dangote Flour Mills Plc. Ilorin and how effective these motivational factors are. Two hundred questionnaires were administered to the respondents out of which one hundred and eighty was returned. The data collected were analysed using frequency count, percentages and the Z-test statistical technique. The result depicts that motivational factors have effects on employees' productivity. 82.2% of the total respondents strongly agreed that motivational factors have effect on employees' productivity. It was concluded that factors identified to be promotional factors have effect on employees' productivity. Based on the findings it was recommended that the management of every organisation should ensure that motivational factors are put in place and reviewed to boost employees' morale and increase productivity.Item Effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance (A Study of Kam Industry Nigeria Limited)(Department of Business Administration, Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, Nigeria, 2023) Olawale Y. A.; Balogun E. O.; Ojo E. O.One of the biggest obstacles to corporate performance is the group's cultural differences. Some organizational managers struggle to create an effective organizational culture and integrate individual norms and beliefs, which negatively affects their productivity and performance. Thus, using data from Kam Industry Nigeria Limited, this study was carried out to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational performance in the city of Ilorin. The study also aimed to investigate the impact of decision-making on improving service quality and the relationship between innovation and better quality of service. For this study, a descriptive research strategy was chosen. 3000 workers at Kam Industry in Ilorin, Kwara State, made up the study's population. Stratified sampling was used to choose a sample size of 352 employees, and the respondents were given 352 copies of the structured questionnaire. Multiple regression statistics were used to evaluate the data in order to test the hypotheses. The results showed that innovation has a substantial impact on better quality of service with a Beta (β) value of 0.284 and P-value of 0.033 < 0.05, and decision making has a significant impact on better quality of service with a Beta (β) value of 0.218 and a P-value of 0.002 < 0.05. According to the study's findings, organizational performance and culture are significantly correlated, and thus suggested that the organization create a positive and productive organizational culture that fosters innovation and decision-making.Item Effectiveness of Informal Advertising on Customers’ Patronage in Informal Eateries in Oyo State.(Department of Business Administration, Osun State University, Osogbo., 2018) Olawale Y. A.The study seeks to examine the effectiveness of informal advertising on customer patronage in informal eateries in Oyo State. The population of study consisted of 20 registered informal eateries in Oyo State. A convenient sampling of 40 service providers were selected based on two service providers per eatery in each of the 20 eateries spread across the 4 local government areas. The two service providers consisted of the owner and the assistant. The population of customers was infinite. Multistage sampling technique was used to select 20 customers in each of the 20 eateries making a total of 400 customers in the 4 local governments. Two set of questionnaires were designed and administered to each category of respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data.
