It considers the various economic programmes of successive governments in Nigeria especially the Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP) as well as global economic intervention like NEPAD. Finally, it discusses the various factors determining inflow of FDI into the country and make suggestion for public private partnership as a means to achieve desired industrial development in Nigeria.
