    The Nigerian Educational System has being in a state of confusion and disarray as a result of inconsistencies, non-implementation of educational policies, corruption and corrupt practices perpetrated by the stake holders. there has been a clarion call by all and sundry to re-examine and appraise the Nigerian Educational system in line with current trends, international standards and proffers away forward to make the system more functional, more relevant and a transformative education from a legal perspectives as a solution against all dissatisfaction and malpractices.
