    IMPACT OF COMPENSATION STRATEGY ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE OF DANGOTE FLOUR MILL, ILORIN, KWARA STATE, NIGERIA

    The study seeks to investigate the impact of compensation strategy on employees’ performance of Dangote Flour Mills, Ilorin, Kwara State. A sample of one hundred and forty-two (142) respondents comprising of Dangote staff was used for the study. The sampling method employed was simple random sampling technique and questionnaire was the research instrument used to obtain relevant information from respondents on the objectives of the study. Data collected were analysed using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the impact of compensation strategy is a good predictor for effective performance of employees of Dangote Flour Mills, Ilorin, Kwara State. Based on the findings, it was recommended that organisations should adopt and implement appropriate compensation strategy for their employees in order to increase the performance of the employees.
