dc.description.abstractThe aim of the paper is to relate the cost of two-bedroom houses to the income of low income civil servants and examine the possibility of acquiring PPP houses through the National Housing Fund (NHF) contributions in Nigeria. Structured questionnaires were sent to selected housing developers and the low income civil servants from the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and mass housing department of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja and the data collected were analysed using frequency analysis.en_US
