The essence of this paper is to study the phenomenon which may be too slow or too fast to be predicted Data mining techniques with emphasis on visualization is to forecast the rainfall pattern of Atlanta in USA with MATLAB program, the rainfall pattern can be easily be monitored and access for over a period of time. This enables the regular planning to be carried out especially where the rainfall is the major source of water.en_US
