Regression analysis was adopted to test the two hypotheses formulated for the study. Results from the study revealed that people-oriented culture has a significant and positive effect on sportsmanship (R2 = 0.581; p-value < 0.05) and that results oriented culture has significant influence on employee conscientiousness (R2 = -0.661; p-value < 0.05).
