Students’ interest is more likely to be maintained if they can see the relevance of their studies to their future careers. Life beyond University/College inspired this study to investigate the employers' perceptions towards the employability of business education graduates in Nigeria. The research design was survey, based on the study's objectives. Two research questions guided this study. Questionnaire was used constructed to collect the data and descriptive research was used to provide careful descriptions of a phenomenon to generate an accurate description of an event. The internal consistency reliability for the instrument using Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha will estimate to be α = 0.94.Therefore, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to organize, analyze and interpret the data. The result shows that educators and employers believed that the government's especially Ministry of Education, had not allocated adequate funds to upgrade and expand business education programs. Also, inadequate facilities and resources inhibited efforts to maintain high quality standards for business education programs. The study recommends that the government should seek employers and private sector involvement in financing business education programs. To improve vocational education, emphasis should be laid on establishing and maintaining quality standards like entry requirement, teachers certification, accreditation and standardized assessment for business education programs.en_US
