The paper concluded that teachers ‘welfare while addressing the human resource issue to facilitate learning achievement of pupils in schools is supreme and has to be taken seriously by stakeholders’ schools. It was recommended that concerned stakeholders should take note of teachers' welfare as an indispensable factor to influence pupils' academic achievement. The school administrators including the teachers and others should be given car or buildings loans to serve as motivation for the enhancement of higher productivity in the workplace. This is bound to increase teachers' effrontery to teach the pupils well and hence bring improvement in academic achievement in primary schools among others.
