Notwithstanding, scholars have endeavoured to characterize the concept in such a way to exhibit its significance within the state setting and global politics. There are different points of view or theories that attempts to build up and justify the reasons, however they are not deemed sufficient for the justification of its establishment but they have made giant stride in shaping the knowledge of the concept
