dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the relationship between principals' managerial behaviour and school effectiveness in public senior secondary schools in Kwara State. To achieve this, two hypotheses were formulated and tested. Descriptive design was used for the study. A self-constructed questionnaire entitled "Principals' Managerial Behaviour and School Effectiveness Questionnaire (PMBSEQ) was used for data collection.en_US
