Abstract
This study investigated role conflict and principal job satisfaction in public senior secondary schools in Kwara State, Nigeria. To achieve this, two hypotheses were formulated and tested. A descriptive design was used for the study. The researcher constructed a questionnaire titled Role Conflict and Principals' Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (RCOJSQ) was used for the data collected.
