The advent of the global positioning systems both the handheld (HGPS) and dual frequency (DGPS) equipment has made data collection and processing easier and with better accuracy. The integration of GPS and remote sensing data with geographic information systems has also received wide applications. In this paper, we present data collected using two HGPSs and a DGPS equipment with the aim of processing, analyzing and comparing the data using statistical approach. The results show a significant difference between the data collected using the equipment.en_US
