dc.description.abstractMesenteric cysts are rare and may present as acute abdomen with difficult preoperative diagnosis. Acute symptoms may warrant an emergency laparotomy with bowel resection and anastomosis. We present a 17-year-old male with a complicated mesenteric cyst.
