dc.description.abstractThe alarming rate of criminal vices experienced in Nigeria is worrisome and it is a great concern to all and sundry. No doubt despite the provision of security agents such as the military, the police, the special mobile squad, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the courts, and among others to curtail criminal tendencies, it has not been able to vigorously fight crime to a standstill.en_US
