dc.description.abstractMany Solutions to crime have been proposed, but few have actually produced the desired results of reducing crime in any significant way. The aim and objectives of this paper is to examine at closer look different kinds of crime reduction programmes and the level of implementation of corrective policies aim at crime reduction. The paper advocate eliminating the motivation to commit crime as the most effective way to reduce crime rate in the long run.en_US
