Little attention has been given to conflict resolution in preschools. This paper explores the types of conflict resolution strategies used and thought were effective in early childhood classrooms. This paper provides schools and parents with information, suggestions, and activities that can increase awareness of the nature of conflicts, conflict-resolution strategies, and management of conflict and crisis situations.
