The main goal of the proposed paper is to enable people who do not have the full knowledge of programming language to understand how the proposed system will work and also to enable programmers to implement the Elgamal algorithm using Object oriented approach. It also helps to prevent unauthorized access from interpreting the exchange messages. In the proposed system, Object oriented paradigm is designed to implement a particular public key cryptosystem called the Elgamal Cryptosystem is considered with the help of JAVA Programming language to be used over texts. Since the Elgamal cryptosystem over a primitive root of a large prime is used in messages.
