The study investigated the relationship between HR development and library personnel productivity in private universities in Kwara State. Descriptive research of survey method was employed. One hundred and thirty-two (132) research participants from four private universities in Kwara State were sampled through census sampling methods. A validated, pretested (reliability co-efficient of 0.88) and administered questionnaire was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics were employed to analyse the research questions using mean and standard deviation.
