The study adopted a survey research design, with a questionnaire serving as the data gathering instrument. The study's population consisted of 480 Library and Information Science (LIS) educators working at universities in South-West Nigeria. The total enumeration of the population was used for the investigation. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, with 334 copies found usable with a response rate of 69.5%. Data analysis was done through descriptive statistics. The findings demonstrated a positive attitude towards knowledge sharing among LIS educators. According to the findings, university administrators in South-West Nigeria should develop knowledge sharing policies for LIS instructors.
