The researchers used a descriptive approach for the study. The population for the study comprised of 964 respondents drawn from Teacher Development team and facilitators across nine (9). local Government Areas in Kwara State. The sample size of the study consisted of 146 using the 95% coefficient and 5.0% margin arrow. The sample size is TDts, Tfs and Facilitators were proportionally selected based on the cluster sampling technique. The instrument used in eliciting information was self-structured Questionnaire with 15 items. Four likert point and mean were used for decision of either accepting or rejecting the decision, and a mean of 2.50 was accepted, while items below 2.50 were rejected. The findings reveals that the implementation level of literacy and numeracy activities on Quranic integration has impacted positively to the understanding of non-literate learners of the quranic schools in the State, while some challenges were also encounter such as no-budgetary allocation for the sustainability of the programme by the Kwara State government.
