Private universities, among which is Al-Hikmah University in Ilorin, were consequently licensed to corroborate the public universities in meeting up with the desired objectives of universities to produce youths that are morally upright and intellectually sound. This work examined the strategic plans of Al-Hikmah university for the attainment of quality education using historical research method.
