The research design adopted for this study was survey descriptive design. The population comprised of ten (10) public primary schools, simple random sampling was used to select 100 respondents for the purpose of this study. Three research questions were raised and analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The data obtained from the administrations of the questionnaire were duly coded and subjected to statistical analysis. Findings revealed that the teacher's communication style has a positive influence on pupils' academic achievement, also teachers training and' qualification has influence on the pupils' academic achievement.
