A sample size of 127 respondents comprising of First Bank staff from 3 different branches in Ilorin metropolis was examined. The sampling technique employed in the study was simple random sampling technique and a likert scale of 5 points. Multiple regression was used for data analysis. The results revealed that both discipline and integrity were relevant for organisational performance. The hypothesis tested showed that all variables were significant.
