Random sampling techniques was used to select a total number of thirty six students (36) in the selected six (6) secondary schools, with a structured questionnaire used to elicit information from the respondents. Four research questions were generated and frequency count and simple | percentages were used for the analysis. The results indicate that there are no ICT laboratories in the school.
