This is because of its effects on the work process generally. Based on this observation, researches have shown that working condition could be enhanced by series of factors and the existence of trade union activities has been identified as one of such factors but this has only been academically acknowledged from theoretical perspective only. Therefore, this study empirically investigated if the existence of trade union in a work organization have significant relationship with achieving an improved working conditions of workers in Seven-Up Bottling Company. Ilorin. Survey design was adopted and quantitative data were gathered through the use of structured questionnaire. Frequency tables and percentage were used as descriptive of trade union in a work organization have significant relationship with the attainment of improved working statistical tools while chi-square was used to test if significant relationship exists between the dependent and independent variables of the study. The findings revealed that the existence conditions of employees in the selected organization. The study concluded that the existence of trade union goes a long way in bringing about an improved working condition of employees in a work organization.
