A descriptive survey was adopted for the research. A total of 500 students participated in the study. Two research questions were answered and one hypothesis was tested at 0.05 level of significance. Percentage and Multiple Regression Analysis were the statistical tools employed to answer research questions and testing hypothesis. The finding of the study revealed that the emotional intelligence of the students was moderate, while the parental involvement in the students' career aspiration was too high. Also, the finding revealed that there was a significant relationship among emotional intelligence, parental involvement and career aspirations of the students. based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that school administrators should ensure that they set up a conducive learning environment for their students as this would, in turn, enhance better academic performance and they would achieve better academic performance and they would be able to achieve their career aspirations. Also, there is a need for parents to pay attention to the development of emotional intelligence of their children.
