The study employed stratified sampling technique to select the respondents based on business type. The sampling frame (of) for this study is eighteen SMEs and ten Microfinance Institutions. Structured Open ended questions were used to obtain primary data. Ordered probit regression analysis was used to analyse responses on core issues as specified in the model.
