Therefore, this paper aimed at studying the plotting, characterization, conversation, language use and sentence formation, rhetorical devices and local colour as the components of the Arabic autobiography entitled “the land of comfort”, while featuring as actor, emotional conflict and sincerity will also be studied as the thematic features of the works.
