Multistage sampling method was used for the selection of 210 e- banking customers as respondents for the study and data were collected using a closed ended structured questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis using STATA version 11 was employed. Findings revealed a significant effect between e-banking service and customer switching behaviour in the selected commercial banks. It was concluded that e-banking customers of commercial banks were highly satisfied with electronic banking service with some little improvements.
