The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The instrument used to elicit information for the study were Teachers' Rating Scale and Christian Religious Studies Achievement Test. Twelve teachers and two hundred and forty students were selected from four local governments in Ondo State. Findings revealed that teachers' effectiveness was low and there was significant difference on students achievement due to teachers gender.
