This is important to avert job monotony, boredom and all forms of operationally induced workplace dissatisfaction that is associated with highly bureaucratic and over-controlled authority structure. Therefore, this study sought to examine the effect of job enrichment strategies on employee performance with reference to KAMWIRE holdings llorin. Other specific objectives of the study were to: (i) examine the effect of job enrichment strategies on employee engagement; and (ii) to determine the effect of job enrichment strategies on employee quality of work. The population of the study is 1,621 out of which 318 respondents were given questionnaire through a multi stage selection technique. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) were adopted for analysis. The results showed that job enrichment strategies have positive and significant effect on employee engagement as well as quality of work in the organisation studied. In conclusion, job enrichment strategies have positive and quality of work.
