Therefore, it was recommended that school administrators should give room for continuous staff development so as to provide teachers with the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and attitude needed to perform effectively in the class. In addition, school administrators should improve on the provision of staff welfare by paying salary and allowance regularly and promptly in order to allow teachers to concentrate on their professional task and improve total commitment of staff for the purpose of educational goal achievement. Furthermore, school administrators should continue to appraise staff performance in order to provide constructive feedback as well as identifying areas of improvement as well as allowing teacher to identify their areas of strengths and weaknesses so as to enhance educational goal achievement.
